Steve is the most welcoming person I ever met. Straight away I felt comfortable, just the way he approached me in a professional kind of way and making little jokes, so you can relax.

Normally I fail tests because my anxiety gets the better of me. Steve is the perfect person for the job! His authority isn't threatening at all, in fact his authority is freeing. I was able to pass my test today. Thanks Steve, you're the man !!!
